 CAN I WASH MY SLEEP REMOTELY MASK?

Yes! All electronic components are removable you can take those out, put the headband in the washer and easily assemble again once it has dried.

WILL THE BATTERY STAY ALIVE ALL NIGHT LONG?

Yes! We've just updated our battery technology to allow for up to 3 nights of playtime on a single charge. After around 4 hours with no music or sounds playing, the system automatically goes in to standby to save battery. 

IS THE HEADBAND ACTUALLY COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO SLEEP IN?

The lightweight & breathable cooling materials are like pajamas for your ears. They've been specifically designed for long nights & are sure to satisfy your comfort needs.

DOES IT COME IN DIFFERENT SIZES? I HAVE BIG/SMALL HEAD..

Our Sleep Remotely mask has a stretch fabric that feels very comfortable when using it. It adapts to you, so don't have to go for through the hassle of measuring and guessing your size.

HOW TO CHARGE THE SLEEP REMOTELY?

The charging port is builtin to the control module.

HOW DO I CONNECT IT TO MY PHONE?

 It's very simple! Make sure the Sleep Remotely is charged and hold the play button for 5 seconds until the light starts flashing. Once it's flashing, go to the Bluetooth app on your phone & select it to begin pairing.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE & SHIPPED FROM?

We only source merchandise from socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices. Our branded products are manufactured in the UNITED STATES & CHINA. Depending on your location we ship our products from one of the three international warehouses, we have a warehouse in China and United States.

WHAT ARE YOU SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES?

Our fulfilment partner fulfils orders within 1-3 business day (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Once the order  is fulfilled you will receive a tracking number to your email which you can use on our website. We ship within 1-2 weeks. Your product will arrive within 8 -15 days due to temporary delays from COVID-19.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

You can view our complete refund policy here. In short, we do offer refunds & returns but only for unopened packages or products that were defective upon arrival. Due to sanitary concern & health/safety if the product has been used, we can't accept a return or a refund. Email our team for more info.
